Each of the eight Adams county - schools is permitted to certify 12 players for tourney play. However, only 10 of these may play in any one tourney game. hit by the diploma route through/ the loss of 16 regulars. | Hardest hit will be the Berne’ Bears and the Decatur Yellow Jackets, with both teams losing their entire starting fives. | Numerically, the Yellow Jackets will lose seven players through graduation, Berne and Adams Central each will lose six, and Geneva five. | The Decatur Commodores and Hartford Gorillas will lose only one senior, but both are regulars. Hartford's lone loss, however, will be costly, as the only senior is Ron Habegger, the team’s leading scorer. The Commodores* only senior is Mike Baker, six-foot forward.
