On Feb. 5, nearly 700 persons virtually laid siege to the plant and broke scores of windows with chunks of ice’hfid rocks. Wyllie then obtained a court injunction against further violence. The contract agreement calls for a 9-cent hourly pay increase for all workers now and another of 4% cents in six months.
