Decalur Youth Is I Freed Os Charge A Decatur young man has been found not guilty of a traffic offense in Van Wert county, 0., even though he entered a plea of guilty. A charge of driving left of center, filed August 17 in Van Wert municipal court against Michael F. Forst, of Decatur, has been dismissed on the grounds that the car was out of control when on the left side of the highway, and Forst was not operating it. At 10:40 p. m.. August 17, Forst was headed west on highway 224 in Van Dert county. He lost control of the car, which went off the north side of the highway, traveled 100 feet on the berm, then came back on the highway and veered across it, into a ditch on the south side, and struck a stone bridge at a private driveway. The vehicle then rolled over once, throwing Forst clear. The car was totally wrecked, and Forst received cuts on the back of his head and a back injury. In his original appearance, Forst was asked if he was headed west, and if he ended up on the south side of the road, and he admitted this, entering a plea of guilty. The trial judge, Robert L. Harrington, held, however, that Forst did not understand the Ohio law, and its strict construction, whan he so pleaded. In court Tuesday, Judge Har-
