Don Foltz's Farm Hit By Reassessment INDIANAPOLIS (UPD — Donald Foltz, director of the Indiana Department of Conservation, told today what the current property reassessment is doing to him. Foltz owns a farm in Vermillion County. He said he built a new barn and the assessment on the barn is three times what he paid for it. Foltz said the matter is to go before the board of review at Clinton for reconsideration.
