Prayer fellowship. 8:00 p. m. Ladies of the church will hold the annual Christmas party at the parish hall. Friday at 7:00 p. m. the children of the church will practice for their Christmas program. A welcome is extended to you to be present at the services of worship at Christmastime that we may. keep the spirit of God’s love within our hearts always. ARF WF DEPENDABLE? Rev. James R. Meadows It is easy enough to be filled with enthusiasm when we are on the mountain-top with Christ, but it is not so easy to face life’s everyday tasks and problems and trials with faith and hope and joy in our hearts. But Christ wants us to bring something of the strength and inspiration which we receive on Sunday into the other six days of the week. He wants us to bring something of the joy and peace and radiance of the House of God into the drab and the cheerless corners of our every-day life. Best of all, the Christ who reveals Himself in His heavenly glory on the mountain-top is eager to go with us into the lovely and commomplace paths of human existence. Constancy and faithfulness are virtues that every Christian should

covet. It was because Paul himself was“constont in season and out of season” that God was able to use him in such woderful way in the work of the Kingdom. These are trying days through one as he goes about as an angel which we are going, and let us not fall into the snares of the evil of light trying to deceive if possible the very elect (Matthew 24:24). Let us spend more time reading the Holy Bible and hide His words away in our heart that we will not be entangled with sin. THIS WEEK’S BIBLE VERSE “Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long 'suffering and doctrine.” —II Timothy 4:2.
