Khrushchev’s telegram, thanking the East Germans for their good wishes on the 20th anniversary last week of the Nazi invasion of Russia, bristled with the usual epiethets against West Germany and Chancellor Konrad Adenauer. He said the Bonn government was planning a new war in conspiracy with NATO and the entire Soviet bloc was “obligated to light for the maintenance' of peace.” , . •' ' r - Pronounces Kennedy In Excellent Health WASHINGTON (UPI) -The White House has pronounced President Kennedy ,in excellent health following his bouts with back trouble, a virus infection and a strep throat.
