The gates which mark the entrance to God’s house are the most beautiful gates in the world. During certain periods of worship they shut the world out and the human soul in with God and with kindred souls. No place can compare with that sanctuary where the individual soul shares the fellowship of those who have come to worship God, and waits in silence for God's answer to its deepest longings. Only those who come to worship will hear God speak and be prepared to do His will among men. When we enter into God’s house with Thanksgiving in our hearts and praise upon our lips, church attendance will become for all of us a “Joyful duty” and His sanctuary the most blessed place in the world. Some people go to church because they are afraid something will happen to them if they stay away. Some go because of early training or percaps just because of habit. Some go to church merely to see their friends. Many go to church for the pure joy of worship and the spiritual help they receive, knowing that by so doing they not only win be better people but will also feel better. Church going should be a happy experience and it can be if the attitude of the worshippers is right The sermon may offer the guidance one needs to meet his problems, the music may bring serenity to his spirit. Whatever it is, one may attain a blessing if he but enters the house of God in the right spirit. WHY NOT ACCEPT THE INVITATION AND COME TO CHURCH NEXT SUNDAY?
