Oct. 3 Confesses Killing In Tavem Brawl CHICAGO (UPD— Harold Finley, 36, was held here today after he surrendered and confessed in Indiana to killing a man in a tavern brawl. Finley confessed to sheriff's deputies in Logansport, Ind., and was returned here Sunday after he waived extradition. Police said Finley told them he shot James Andrew Henry, 37, after a fight in a south side tavern Saturday night. Finley said he got a gun from his car and shot Henry after Henry had followed him from the tavern and threatened him. He told police he fled to the home of his grandfather. Robert Posey, in Logansport. Posey persuaded him to purrended to Cass county authorities, Finley said. Police said Finley had fought in the tavern with a companion of i Henry’s Roger Wilson.
