The city council has again deferred action on proposed annexation of 20 acres of the Decatur country club to the city. Kirkland and French townships will make final payments on gravel road bonds this year, and Adams county will make final payment on the Scheumann bridge bonds. Horace Walker, of Indianapolis, was elected president of the class of the Reppert school Os auctioneering, now in session here. The 41st annual reunion of the 160th regiment, Spanish-American War, will be held at Logansport Aug. 11.
