False Fire Alarm Here This Morning The fire department was called this morning at 10 o'clock a. m for a reported fire at the farm of Hugh Butler. When they arrived there was no fire. Chief Cedric Fisher reported that a young man had reported the fire apparently as a joke. He also stated that this was a serious offense and the sheriff’s department is investigating. A severe punishment awaits .the person or persons who turn in such a false alarm.
