Provost, the only announced candidate fbr St. Joseph County Republican chairman, may not be able to vote for himself during the May 7 county GOP convention because of an error in his declaration of candidacy. Provost forgot to include his address in the declaration, and the matter was taken under advisement Thursday by the county election board. If the board rules against him. Provost will not be able to attend the convention and will lose at least one vote—his own.
