The hearing also will dispose of charges of nor - violent strike infractions agait t 41 other members of the U.’.ited Packinghouse Workers of America, federal Judge Joseph Sam Perry said. Perry was' r- member of the three - man arbitration board which Wednesday ordered 233 former strikers i instated to their jobs by April 4 .
