Those who have discards to contribute will be reminded in time to phone the area representatives. The Goodwill truck stops only upon request and never solicits from door to door. One Case Dropped,
Second Continued In city court action Monday, prosecutor Severin H. Schurger withdrew the affidavit in one case and asked a continuance for another. Judge Richard Sullivan approved the continuance in the state vs George Coy case on a disorderly conduct charge until Coy is released from a Marion hospital. Coy was hospitalized late last week at the request of physicians. In the state vs Herman Hammond case for reckless driving, the prosecution withdrew the affidavit because of lack of prosecuting witnesses. Hammond was arrested by city police following an accident two weeks ago. ’trade in a good town — Decatu
