Mrs Gerald Bixler, Mixa Roae Marie Meyer, and Mrs Albert Sclklng After a carry-in dinner bad been served, members and pledges enjoyed taking part in an informal initiation During a short business meeting conducted by the president. Mrs Melvin Weisman, plans were completed for the formal Initiation and inspection. Mrs. Gor- . don Gregg was winner of the prize during the ggme period. On the committee for the party were Mrs. Leo Teeple. Mrs. Robert Colter. Mrs. Mqlvin Weisman, and Mrs. James Colter. Mrs Medford Smith was a guest for the evening. DEMONSTRATION CLUB MEETS AT EARL HARMON HOME The Mesdames John Baltzell. Paul Erp. Dwight Schnepp, John Genth, Sheldon Wagley. Floyd Mitchel. Clifford Roe. and Kenneth w Parrish were present for the January meeting of the Happy Homemakers Home Demonstration club held recently at the home of Mrs. Earl Harmon. . Z Mrs. Clifford Roe led the group in singing the club song, “The More We Get Together.’’ Devotions were presented by Mrs. Harv mon and a lesson on candy-making was given by Mrs. Genth. Members answered roll call with "a resolution my husband should make.” Mrs. Baltzell gave me lesson on citizenship. Refreshments were served during the social hour._ HISTORICAL CLUB ELECTS OFFICERS FOR IMO Mrs. Henry Adler was hostess Wednesday afternoon for the January meeting of the Historical club. Mrs. Richard Schauss is the new leader for the year. • The Gals and Pals Home Demonstration club will hold a meeting at the Pleasant Mills school, Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. Installation of officers will take place during the meeting. Mrs. Oscar Miller will be hostess for an all-day meeting of the Profit and Pleasure Home Economics club Wednesday. The Zion Lutheran Parent Teachers League will hold a meeting of the church Sunday at 7:30 p.m. Members of the W.S.W.S. of the Trinity E.U.B. church will hold a regular monthly meeting Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at the church. ~ Mrs. William Bryant will be hostess for, a noon potluck dinner Tuesday of the Kirkland W;C.T.U.
