Thefts Os Hubcaps Reported To Police City police reported the loss of three hubcaps by two individuals Wednesday evening. Richard Lewton, cf route 1, Decatur, told police that someone stole a hub cap from his car, which was parked at the Standard parking Jot, between 8 and 9 p.m. While stealing the hubcap, the culprit tore the valve stem from the tire. Lewton reported the incident at 9:37 p.m. yesterday. James Martin, 103 N. Fifth street, told police that two spinnertype caps were taken from his car at Fifth and Madison between 7:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. Wednesday as the car was parked. He reported the loss at 11:50 a m. Wednesday.
