Traffic Violations Charged To Driver Roy D. Sipe, of 619 Kekionga street, will appear in justice of the peace court Sept. 26 to answer two separate charges cited by the city police last weekend. Sipe was charged with reckless driving and driving wtih no operator's license. His appearance is slated for 11 a.m. on the 26th.
