Charges Theft From Register At Tavern County prosecutor Severin H. Schurger reported today that Gtenn Rambo, managing agent of the Victory Bar in Decatur, filed a complaint with his office, charging Richard K. Eller, formerly associated with the tavern, with stealing $74 from the cash register. The alleged theft took place Wednesday night while the bar was open and in operation. Schurger has not filed the case in court as yet as he is attempting to solve the riddle of the bar’s ownership. Schurger added that his investigation of the case would probably continue until the middle of next week. H. R. McClenahan is representing the defendant in the case.
