Three alternates were also announced today in event one of the delegates is unable to attend the annual affair. Named as delegates and spot* sots of each individual are: Adams Post No 43, Jay Mansfield DeVoss, Donald Arthur Baker and Gerald Alvin Gillig, an of Decatur; Lions club, Herb W.
