Mild Temperatures / * Forecast In Slate United Press International Temperatures moderated to the mild side in Indiana today with normal to slightly above normal readings expected until the week-
end. Highs from the upper 60s to the low 70s were expected this afternoon, with reading about the same or a little warmer Thursday. Fair skies today will give way to partly cloudy Thursday as the elements lead up to a shower pattern due by Thursday night and continuing through Friday and perhaps Saturday. Precipitation of about three-
fourths of an inch was expected during the rainy period. While no rain is expected Sunday or Monday, a weekend cooloff was predicted with a warming trend beginning again by Monday. For the five-day period, temperatures will average near normal north to slightly above normal extreme south. Normal highs are 58 to 69 and normal lows 37 to 47 this time of year.
High temperatures Tuesday ranged'in the lower 60s and overnight lows from 35 at Evansville to 40 at South Bend. The new system, which was tailor-made to match the average pilot’s physical reactions, guarantees complete control of the jet on the ground at all times.

Tribune To Print Chicago American CHICAGO (UPD —The Chicago American announced today that beginriing about Aug. 1 all its editions will be printed by the Chicago Tribune at the Tribune plant, and that the American ultimately will move into the present WGN Building at 441 N. Michigan Ave. The Tribune Co. purchased the American in October, 1956: Since that time the American has continued all its operations at its present budding at Wacker Drivq and Madison street. The move will reduce the major circulation newspaper mechanical ■locations in Chicago from four to three. The Chicago Sun-Times occupies its own plant on Sun-Times Plaza, and the Chicago Daily News operations are in the Daily News Building at 400 W. Madison street. In a bannered dispatch, the newspaper said all editions of the American, daily and Sunday, will be printed on the Chicago Tribune’s modern, high speed, fourcolor presses. "Use of this equipment will speed the American. It also will increase. the American’s color advertising capacity, add news editorial color printing, and in general make the paper more attractive to readers and advertisers," said the American. Ohio House Passes Gasoline Tax Boost COLUMBUS, Ohio. (UPD—The Ohio House passed a bill Tuesday to increase gasoline taxes by 58 million dollars a year.
