Chas. Liniger Dies In Home in Florida Charles Liniger, 68, Adams county native and former Decatur resident, died at his home in Punta Gordo, Fla., Monday. After spending many years in the Decatur area, Mr. Liniger moved to Hartford City, where he became a successful building contractor. After retiring from the business, he moved to Florida.
