Gilbert Bultemeier Wins Soybean Show Gilbert Bultemeier, winner of the county soybean show championship two years in a row, has also won the 21st annual Remington soybean show in that western Indiana city, it was learned today. Bultemeier, a Preble township farmer, entered both Lincoln and Harris soybeans in the contest. He won first place in each variety, ■nd won grand championship honor. with his Lincoln exhibit Soybeans have risen from a minor crop in Adams county to first position as a cash crop in less than 20 years. Mr. and Mrs. Glen C. Dickerson and family have moved back to Decatur after living in Chattanooga, Tenn., where Dickerson wks affiliated with the Central Soya company, and has been returned to the Decatur plant. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Striker of Decatur were honored at a dinner recently held at the home of Striker’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Warren Striker. The younger Strikers will move to Flordia soon, where Striker will be engaged in construction work. Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Striker and daughter Mafcidee and Mr. and Mrs. Ermin Johnson of Decatur were in attendence. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Patch of Decatur had as their recent dinner guests Mr. and Mrs. Marcus Luginbill, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Luginbfll and family, and Mrs. Frances Biery, Marvin and David, all of the southern part of the county.
