Community Spirit J PIERRE, S. D. (UPD—South Dakota Comptroller John Penne decided that the city of Armour had gone too far with Its Christmas spirit. An official audit revealed that city employes got Tree drinks from the municipal liquor store at the Yuletide and during other holidays. Penne recommended that the practice cease. Main's production of graded dress poultry last year was 136154,450 pounds, more than any other state in the nation and an increase of more than two million pounds over the previous 12 months.
