Bell, all; entries made by the clerk of the. Adams circuit court while the; court was in vacation were approved. The first inventory was filed in; the estate of Benjamin Eiting. | showing the appraised value of the estate to be $26,252.04. The proof of mailing of notice of final settlement in the estate; of Ella Speakman to all persons interested were filed. A certificate of clearance was filed. The executor was ordered to make distribution in compliance with the term? of the final report. The sureties were released. Executor released and discharged, the estate closed. A petition to sell real property at private sale was filed in the estate of Katie Knapp. A waiver of notice by interested parties was filed.
