Lauren Bacall is seeking a $1,500 increase in the monthly allowance she receives from the [estate of her late husband, Humphrey Bogart. In a petition filed Thursday, Mis Bacall said an increase from SI,OOO to $2,500 a month was needed to support her and her two children, Stephen, 8, and Leslie, 5, in their normal style of living. Bogart, who died Jan. 14, 1957, left $847,540 in trust for Miss Bacall.
