: Braves Sweep Double Header From Phillies By FRED DOWN United Press International The Milwaukee Braves' brawny sluggers are at it again — just in tune to test the thin little band I of pitchers who still have the Pittsburgh Pirates hoping for a' . miracle. The Braves, who made the long ball their trade mark en route to the world championship last sea-' son, went on their greatest slug--ging binge of the campaign Sun-' day when they walloped the Philadelphia Phillies, 8-7 and 143, with a 33-hit barrage that totaled 59 bases.
