Death Os Youth Is Blamed On Tetanus SOUTH BEND, Ind. (UPD — The death Friday ot U-year-pki Kenneth Morton of South Bend was blamed on tetanus. Hospital authorities said the boy stepped on glass and cut his foot while wading in a pool near his home 10 days ago. When the wound was sutured, Kenneth was given a booster shot of tetanus antitoxin when relatives told doctors he had had the basic tetanus inoculations several years ago. Further investigation revealed Kenneth had received booster shots previously but never had the original series of three shots. t Rochester Man Dies On Fishing Outing ROCHESTER, Ind.
