IW — J o e Wayne Goodwin, 21, Fritehton, drowned in the Wabash River south of here Sunday when a boat carrying six persons overturned and sank. Authorities said five of the_six could not swim. They credited Harold Sinclair of Vincennes with pulling the five from the water.
