The department said the 1957 net income on a return on the total value of farm real estate was 3 per cent, up % of 1 per cent from 1956. The average rate of return for the last three years was the lowest since 1932-34, and about the same as for 1910-l§a ? North Dakota values were up 8 per cent, Nebraska 11 per cent, and Kansas 8 per cent. Department economists noted the recession in non-farm business activity thus far had little effect on the farm real estate - market. the Piqua road Wednesday at 6 p.m. The accident occurred when the car she was driving skidded on loose gravel and turned over. Miss Magsamen was driving north on the Piqua road four miles south of Decatur at the time of the accident.
