plan.Lichtenberger is a member of the 3d Infantry Division which is replacing the 10th Infantry Division in Germany. The 23-year old soldier, a truck driver in Mortar Battery of the division’s 4th Infantry, entered the Army in November 1957 and completed basic training at Fort BenI ning, Ga. He was graduated from Pleasant Mills high school in 1954' and was employed by the W. E. Ruesser Company, Berne, in civilI an life. !•

West Monroe street. Miss Evelyn Nussbaum, teacher of the school, will direct the presentation. All of the chil-
dren of the day-school, grades one and two, excepting those who are home with the mumps, will participate in the dperetta. Principal characters of the production are: Ole King Cole, Duane Thieme; Mother Goose, Jane Hammond; and. Old Woman who lives in a Shoe, Vickie Wolfe and Tonna Bultemeier, substitute. Mrs;- Louis Jacobs will accompany the children at the piano, and Mrs. Arnold Ostermeyer and Mrs. Louis Zwick are in charge of make-up.
