Driver Fined For Overweight Truck Elton fa. Rubley, 35. Angola, was fined $116.75 in mayor's court. Rubley was arrested on U. S. 224, two miles east 6f Decatur, by the state police, for driving a'n overweight truck, amounting to 2400 pounds. The fine for truckers for this type of charge, is 4 cents per pound.
