SCHOOL REPORTER TV. Monday night, the county volleyball tourney was held at Berne. Both a girls’ and a boys' team from Monmouth took part in this annual event. The MHS boys were defeated in the first round of play by Adams Central; however, the Monmouth girls did much better. They defeated Pleasant Mills and Adams Central to meet Berne to

the finals They won the Orat fame of the finals but were defeated in the other two games by very narrow margins. MHS is proud of both the boys .and the girls who participated in this tournament. Nice going, kids! -M.H.S.Tickets for the fish fry were sold by the members of the band and any other students who wished to do so. Faye Bittner and Calvin Caston sold the most tickets'. More students should be as good a salesi.
