Report Issued On Building Permits According to the report released today by Ralph E. Roop, city engineer, two building permits were issued and one permit was rejected during the month of February. Ralph E. Simerman’s application for a permit to place two trailers near the Simerman trailer park was rejected by the zoning office but later approved by the board of appeals. lire approval was temporary, lasting only for six months. The estimated cost of placing the trailers was set at $l5O. ~ H. 0. Burgett applied for a permit to build an SII,OOO home on a lot at 503 North Twelfth street. A permit was issued to the Ohio Oil Co., approving their plans to build a warehouse and fuel storage tanks on a lot at 220 North Eighth street. Estimated cost of the project was $4,000.
