MR. AND MRS. CROWNOVER CELEBRATE ANNIVERSARY . Mr. and Mrs. Henry Crownover of Washington township, will celebrate their 61st wedding annlversar today quietly at home. Mr. Crownover, who is 90 years old, has been ill and is unable to have company; however, he still enjoys cards. WOMEN OF THE MOOSE , HELD REGULAR MEETING The Women of the Moose met recently at the Moose home for theft- regular meeting. Following a business session, a birthday anniversary party was held in honor of the, members whose birth dates were in January. Guests of honors at the party were Mrs. Harry Martz, Miss Mary Dixon, Mrs. Nellie Jackson, Mrs. Robert Judt and Mrs. A. N. Hilton. Pinochle and bupco were played during the social hour, after which prizes were presented to Mrs. Ralph Smith, Mrs. Wesley Morris, Mrs. Robert Withham and Mrs. A. J. Zelt. February 6 is the time set for the next regular meeting. 25TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATED BY COUPLE Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. Noble Lobsiger of 521 Madison street celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary by having a private reception from 2 until 6 O’clock. A white cake decorated with pink roses and bells and topped with a large silver 25, was the center of attraction. The table was decorated with a centerpiece of white carnations surrounded by two candlelabras. To add to the decorations, Mrs. Lobsiger displayed a bouquet of red roses which she had received from her husband. White carnation corsages were worn by the servers, Mrs. Reinhold Sauer and Mrs. Ted Eady. During the afternoon, punch, cake, ice cream, sondwiches and coffee Were served. —• Guests included:Cheryl and Dennis, a daughter and son living at home, another daughter and her husband. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Marbach, and . their soh; Mr. and Mrs. Adrian Coffee and son, Gary, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lobsiger. Mr and Mrs Ed Lobsiger. MR. AND MRS. NEVIN MILLER of route 3 have announced the engagement and approaching marriage of their eldest daughter, Carolyn Sue, to Donald S. Anita Smith, a junior at Ball State Teachers College, has been voted into an honorary educational fraternity. To be eligible for the fraternity a three point average under the four point system is required. Miss Smith's average is 3.45. . - Pleads Not Guilty To Traffic Charge Leßoy Beer, route 3, Decatur, arrested recently on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license, entered a plea of not guilty in the mayor's court this morning. The hearing date was not set at this time.

Albert W. Liechty Is Taken By Death Albert W. Liechty, 77, of a native of Monroe township, died j Sunday at 8:30 a.m. at his home two miles northwest of Berne.
