Discuss Plans For Old Peoples Home Plans for a new 300-apartment old peoples home to be located near near the new Concordia college campus in northeastern Fort Wayne, are being discussed by the Lutheran People's home association. All old people, not just Lutherans, will be welcome at the new home, if plans materialize. It would replace the present home at Kendallville. Federal aid may be sought for construction of the home, which was discussed Dec. 20 at Fort Wayne, and other groups have shown an interest in the plan.
