SOCIETY There will be a singbee at the Greenbrier church Sunday, at 2 p. m. The public is invited* to attend. _ ■ \ The Catholic Ladles of Columbia will have a potluck Christmas dinner at the C. L. of C. hall Tuesday, at 6:30 p. m. There will be a 50-cent gift exchange, and the committee in charge will provide the meat and rolls. Mrs. Maynard Hetrick will be hostess to a dessert meeting of the Wesleyan Service guild of the First Methodist church, Tuesday evening at 7:30 o’clock. Assisting hostesses will be Mrs. y Nathan Nelson and Miss Etta Mallonnee. A meeting of the Decatur W. C. T. U. is slated for 1:30 p. m. Tuesday, at the home of Mrs. Frank Bohnke. Prior to the meeting, each member is asked to study the magazine, “The Message." Mrs. Fred Smith, who will be hostess tor a meeting of the Ladies Shakespeare club next Wednesday at 2:30 p. m., will also present the Christmas program for that group.
