Highway Department In Monthly Report The monthly report of the Adams county highway department shows a total of 29,627 miles traveled by highway trucks, 3,220 miles of roads graded, 9,646.4765 tons of stone hauled on township roads, and two miles of blacktop sealed. Miscellaneous work consisted of patching roads, cutting brush, building catch basins, shop work, putting up high water signs, painting guard rails, cutting tjle. draining water off roads, fixing mail box approaches, hauling hot mix and gravel, leveling stone, putting in sewers, replacing well tops, installing road signs and* reflectors and repairing trucks and other equipment.
