O. has announced that it will be necessary to divide the train into three sections, to accommodate all children of the area who have ticket reservations. It should be a great event for the kiddies and grown-ups too. Judge Myles F. Parrish, Adams circuit court, will deliver the Commencement address at International College on the night of December 5. Judge Parrish, who has established an enviable record as a speaker is constantly in demand for ail types of addresses, throughout Indiana. He is proud also of the fact that regardless of the distance of his night commitment, be is back in time to open Court at the appointed time. In addition to this he is president of Lincoln school parent-teachers association and he also is active in numerous civic affairs. ‘

Mr. and Mrs. Glen Beavers of Toledo, 0., are visiting relatives in Decatur. • 4 Cases Disposed Os In Justice Court Cases disposed of in justice of the peace court included: Karl E Burger, 35. apprehended on U. S. 224 Monday for speeding, was fined $1 and costs. Herbert Koerffer. 53, Kentucky, charged ' with passing on a hill on U. S. 224, one-half mile west of Decatur, was fined $1 and costs. Richard A. Closson. 21, Woodburn, was apprehended for excessive speed on U. 8. 27. Hearing on the charge will be held at a later date. Also charged with speeding on U. S. 27, Lester 4G. Habegger, 39. Fort Wayne, wil be arraigned in J. P. court Nov. 30. John F. Earnest of Ossian was fined $5 and costs, charged with driving an overweight truck. All were apprehended by Indiana state police. Slightly Injured When Hit By Auto Thomas Schultz, 7, of 1725 W. Monroe, sustained cuts to the forehead and knee Tuesday morning when he was struck by a car driven by Charles R. Johnson, 25. 116 S. 13th at 13th and Monroe. Schultz ! advised city police he was crossing
with the green light and did not see the car. City police officer Grover Odle, investigating the accident, found the Schultz youngster 39 feet from the impact. He was taken to Adams county hospital where X-rays were found negative. He was discharged from the hospital later in the day. College Students Invited To Dance A special invitation has been extended to college students home for the holidays to attend an afterThanksgiving dance at the Youth and Community center, Saturday evening. Members of the teen council are sponsoring the record hop. with records to be spun by Joe McNerney, from 8 until 11 p.m. Admission charged will be 15 cents a person, or 25 cents a couple.
