ceptlon of the individuals, came Monday morning. They were such as track, basketball, annual staff, study hall, and individual pictures of the teachers. They will ba put in the yearbook. The Adams Central and the PMHS spectators will get a triple treat at the ball game Friday evening. First will be the treat of the ball games themselves. Then in the half of the second team game the Pleasant Mills high school “Queen,” Dixie Garner, along with the king, Dick Johnson, will be crowned. The escorts are Barbara Geisler and Morris Colter Mr. and Miss P M H S. and Marabelle Wolfe and Emmit Hawkins, Mr.
and Miss Senior. The announcer will be Kay Bollenbacher and Mary Ann Kelsey will present the "Queen” with her roses. Janice Snfith will have the ghouor of crowning the Queen and King. —P.M.H.S.— The last but not the least will be the band marching between the halves of the first team game. They have worked up a very good routine. They will play both school songs and a few other pieces. —P.M.H.S.— The Spartans just about had their first win of the season last Friday evening when they challenged the Willshire Bearcats at Willshire. But they did not succeed and Willshire beat them by

a small three points. It was a good game guys, P«M.H.S. is behind you. For the Central game, maka it a victory. Good Luckl -p.M.H.a.— The ©and was,very happy Thuraday morning when it was announced that the new white plumes and the white gloves had arrived. Everybody is happy with the new additions. They add very much to the appearance of the band. —P.M.H.S.— Miss Rebecca Denman and Robert Schisler, the pep club sponsors, with the help of the cheerleaders and some other kids, made little cards with such sayings as “Beat Central. “Go Spartans,” “Yea, Spartans,” “Beat Greyhounds,”
•nd many others. They were given to the pep club when they had the pep session Tuesday after dinner. Miss Lehman said that the kids were to wear- then to school every day trnffl Friday to promote spirit for the game. —P.M.H.S.— Like everyone else young girls can change their minds. Remember last Thursday It was reported that the girls quartet and the girls trio were ordering red sheath dress for their outfits for this year. Well, they changed their minds. Now they are getting' the same dress in a beautiful blue. . , —P.M.H.S.— The juniors are still selling their candy and they are doing fairly

her star pupil, Ted Wilder, who had toe habit of copying other people’s examination papers. The last line in the play, “this is the beginning" was really the ending for the seniors after weeks of hard work and disappointment. Miss Brooks was in a frantic whirl trying to produce a play, study up on sailing (toe coach’s hobby) and keep on good terms with toe president of toe school board, Mrs. Allen, principal Wadsworth, and Miss Audubon. All in all the play was finally produce and Miss Brooks still had her friends, including a letter friendship with coach Longacre. The cast all agreed that in the end it was quite a lot of fun. c -A.C.H.S.— The seniors would like to thank some people who helped make “Our Miss Brooks" a success: Hubert Feasel, who made a pair of genuine Chinese vases, and Gelaine Zimmerman of Fredia’s beauty Shop, who designed Miss Brooks’ hairdo.
