Van Wert Man Is Charged In Murder James F. Black, 25, of Van Wert, 0., is being held without bond by sheriff W. L. Clay of that county on an affidavit for the murder of Thomas Benjamin Snow, 31, of Lima, 0., whose body was found last April near Riverside, Calif. Snow had been living with Black in that city. The body, which was found last April, was identified by the FBI as that of Snow a /ew weeks ago. He had been shot twice. Black, through his attorneys, is fighting extradition to Riverside, Calif., where the charge was filed.
