101st Addition To Berne Is Annexed The 101st addition to the city of Berne, 2.83 acres in the Gillioin lumber company addition in the southwest part of that city, was advertised Wednesdays and is now effective. It was approved October 14 by the Berne city council. As an outcome Os the Wabash township line mandate case, the new part of the city will be transferred to a special new section, Berne-
Wabash. Before this, when property in Wabash township was transferred to Berne city tax book, it was also transferred to Monroe civil township, as the Berne-Mon-roe book was all counted in Monroe township. County auditor Edward F. Jaberg explained that as soon as the new entry is brought to him, it will be entered in a special section of the old book, headed BerneWabash. This is the same system as was followed when Decatur was split into Decatur-Root and Deca-
