Farmers Os County Eligible For Loans INDIANAPOLIS - (If) — Wendell Barnes heard of the Small Business Administration in Washington, announced Thursday that Jay Sounty has been declared a disaster area as a result of floods last June 28. The announcement was made through Earl W. Merry, branch manager of the SBA here. He said the adjacent counties of Adams, Wells, Blackford and Randolph also will be eligible for loans to cover losses sustained in floods.
