Two Are Fined For Reckless Driving Kenneth Minnich, 29, y and , James Meyer, 23, both of Fort Wayne appeared in J. P. court Friday evening, and pleaded guilty to charges of reckless driving. Both men received fines totaling $40.75. Minnich was arrested in Decatur early Friday morning, after a state policeman and local police officer observed him and Meyer racing south on U. S. 27, towards Decatur. Minnich was apprehended by the local police officer here in Decatur, but Meyer took off north on 27, with lights out, and led state trooper Dan Kwasneski on a 115-mile-an hour chase.
