Arrested In Geneva For Intoxication Harold Emery, 46, of Bluffton route one, was arrested in Geneva Tuesday afternoon by town marshal Preston Pyle and was charged with public intoxication. He is slated to Appear in city court this afternoon. Local authorities stated that Emery has a long record of public intoxication convictions.
