Mrs. Max Fosnaugh Heads School Group Opportunity School , Leaders Selected Mrs. Max Fosnaugh was elected president of the parent-teacher group of the Vera Cruz opportunity school at a recent meeting. Serving with her will be Mrs. Homer* Ginter, vice-president: Mrs. Leßoy Wible, treasurer; Mrs. Paijl Baumgartner, recording secretary, and Mrs. Sam Farlow, corresponding secretary. Plans were made for a potluck supper to be held May 10 at the school for the children and their families. The slipper will officially end the activities of the current school year. Boy's Stale Movie Is Shown To Legion Legion Votes Funds For Boys To Attend A movie of. last year’s laoys' state program, sponsored by the Indiana American Legion, was shown at the 'regular meeting of the Adams post 43. Monday night. The Legion voted funds to again sponspr local youths this summer in the program. The next meeting of the Legion will nominate officers for the next year, the election to be held at the first meeting in June. Glen Hersh, Joe Burnett, and John Adams were listed as members now in the veterans hospital in Marion. DeGulre, 42, Indianapolis, was killed Monday night when his car skidded on slippery U.S. 52. bounced off a guard rail and collid** with a big truck. Search Or Missing Boy Turns To West Report Italian Boy Is Seen In Texas AMARILLO, Tex. (W — T h e search for the missing son of the Italian consul-general in Chicago turned to the far west today after two Texas officials said they saw the boy. .. The youth, Vittori Barattieri, has been missing since last Tuesday. Authorities in New Mexico, Arizona and California were alerted after Sheriffs Sgt. Bobby Gravestock of Potter County said he saw two boys, one resembling Vittori, hitchhiking on U. S. 66 Saturday, Gravestock said he believed the boys were heading toward California.
