Anderson, 17, of 819 Bush street. The Shell car was parked on MarshaU street at the stop sign. Anderson made a right turn off Second street onto Marshall and slid into the Shell car. He was unable to stop because of the icy street. Damage from the collision was estimated at $5 to the Shell car and $l5O to the Anderson vehicle.
