NIPSCO Directors Declare Dividend The board of directors of Northern Indiana Public Service company declared a dividend of $1.0625 a share on the 4% percent cumtive preferred. stock, 'and 1.05 a share on the 4.22 percept cumulative preferred stock. Dean H. Mitchell, NIPSCO president, announced today. All three dividends are payable January 14, to shareholders of record at the close of business January 2. Christmas Edition Os Jacket Journal The Christmas edition of the Jacket Journal, edited by Sara Brunnegraff and staffed by members of the journalism class, appeared today in bright red and gr?en. The special edition was t made possible by L. C. Michaud, ■* of Farnsworth, who used a lithographic process to print the paper, which includes snapshots taken around the school. Michaud’s daughter, Sharon, is a member of the staff of the publication.
