Nov. 23. The report shows a balance of $7,371.82 for distribution to the widow, two sons and a daughter. The inheritance tax report for the estate of Oliver V. Dilling has been submitted and approved. It shows a net value of $20,331.79. Tax due is $25.18 from two daughters, $2.59 from two grandsons and none from the widow. The supplemental report of distribution of the Letitia Schnepp estate has been submitted and approved. The administrator has been discharged and the estate is closed. The last will and testament of Sanford S. Reynolds has been offered and accepted for probate. A bond in the sum of SIO,OOO has been submitted and letters testamentary have been ordered issued to Elmer W. Baumgartner. Howard Baumgartner is attorney for the estate. The will names two sons as heirs. The last will and testament of George C. Snyder has been offered and accepted for probate. The will names the widow as heir to the estate and the son, John Snyder, as executor. Howard Baumgartner is attorney for the estate. The Inventory for the William J. Kruse estate has been filed and approved. It shows $1,638.50 in crops, $4,590 in bonds, $1,799.57 in money and $7,535 in other property for a total value of $15,563.07.
