Traffic Violation Charged To Youth Melvin Earl Hanni, 16, of Decatur, was arrested on a charge of failure to have his vehicle under control following an accident at 11:15 p.m. Thursday about three miles east of Decatur on U. S. highway 224. Hanni was going east during the light fog and he lost control of the ear, swerving off the road on the left ,side and thgn swerving back to the other side of the road. Mailboxes owned by Conrad Houser and Derwood Marker on route five were damaged. Damage was estimated at S2OO to the car and S4O to the mailboxes.
