Conservation Show To Be At State Fair Thousands of Hoosiers will view the exhibits of the Indiana Department of Conservation at the great 1956 Indiana State Fair, which will run from the 29fh of August through September 7th. r In the Conservation Building, eight divisions will have educational exhibits, depicting proper conservation practices which will be the most complete exhibit ever assembled according to Henry W, Moesch, who has charge of the conservation exhibit. The exhibit will show water conservation, proper forest maffafemeht, Recreational facilities and things that are necessary to make Indiana a place

where there are fertile lands, clean waters, forests, abundant fish and wildlife, and recreational advantages. Outside the building there will be a most Unusual display of large fish and wildlife. One display that is expected to attract much attention is the pen of eoturnix quail, which is said to be the same type of quail that came in large numbers to tire camp of the Irsraelites. Many sportsmen think this new breed of quail being brought to Indiana may revolutionize quail hunting in the state. .Harley G.
