Three Are Arraigned In City Court Today Clarence Elsey of Monroe Route one, arrested following an accident Aug. 13 on a charge of failure to yield the right of wgy, entered a plea of not guilty In city court this morning. His trial was set for Aug. 27. Raymond Meyers of Decatur was fined |1 and costs in city court this morning on a charge of public intoxication, He was arrested laat Wednesday at a service station oil 13th street. Also fined |1 and costs in city court today was Charles Eeasel of Decatur who was arrested for speeding several weeks ago. His case was taken under advisement and the tine was levied today.
